Bo-Staff Seminar
This class is taught by Master Richard Lewis.
The Competitive Edge
Don't lose that Competitive Edge this summer. To achieve success in ALL SPORTS requires strength, agility, and
endurance.  Aspiring athletes are taught fundamental physical and mental skills along with the discipline needed to
reach and exceed their goals and expectations. This class is  taught by instructors who have national and
international competitive experience.
Taekwondo
Students are taught
traditional Taekwondo,
self-defense, board
breaking techniques
and Olympic Style
Sparring.
Little Dragons
Our Little Dragons' Program is a
unique, high energy, fast paced
program designed for children   
3-6 years of age.  A strong
emphasis is placed on the  tenets
of Taekwondo:
Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance,
Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.
Self-Defense
OMAF believes that everyone should
be empowered to live, work and play
in safety.  With this goal in mind, the
instructors, students and staff of
OMAF are available for self-defense
demonstrations and interactive
participation seminars within the
community.
Competitive Taekwondo
At OMAF, we take our Taekwondo seriously, fielding a
strong competition team.  Athletes train hard for National
and International events.  Since 2000, our students have
won more than 200 State Championships, 52 National
Championships, three (3) International Championships
 and
a silver medal at the 2006 Pan-American Championships
held in Buenos Aires, Argentina (November 2006).  We are
the home of two (2) 2004, two (2) 2005, five (5) 2006, two
(2) 2007 and one (1) 2008 National Team Members.
 
Cardio-Kick
Body by Carman
This class is designed for ages 14 years and up.  Patterned after our
taekwondo classes, this aerobic / non-contact workout is filled with
kicking and punching designed to fight the ‘Battle of the Bulge’ as well
as improve cardio-health, increase flexibility and stamina.!!  Whether you
want to get in shape or stay in shape, this class is for you.  Classess are
taught by Ms. Carman Gray, a 7 time National Taekwondo Champion,
International Gold Medalist, 2 time member of the AAU National
Taekwondo Team and a 2 time member of the USA-T National (B) Team.
Due to the success of our other programs, this class will not be offered
this fall (2011).

TAEKWONDO LIGHT
TAEKWONDO LIGHT is a class designed for  children and adults
that want to get into shape and learn the art of Taekwondo without
the strenuous warm-up and the intensity of our evening classes.        

In this class, the warm-up will consist of a low impact workout and
stretch followed by the fundamentals of Taekwondo.  Techniques
such as forms, sparring, board-breaking and self-defense as well
as emphasizing the
Tenets of Taekwondo.
